Private Sessions
Private sessions are personally designed for each client. Whether it be to stay strong and out of pain after physical therapy or to enhance specific sport training. This combination of strength, balance, and control help us to become more effective and efficient in our daily lives and chosen activities.
Duets
A unique session created for two people that consists of low-impact exercises, improving flexibility, physical strength, and posture, truly building a mind body connection. It focuses on using postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates helps create both breath and core control through each and every movement.
